Woodlands Chalets is a young company owned and managed by Aneta and Tom Falkner. We are going into our second year providing luxury catered chalet holidays in Morzine. We are now running two incredible chalets and looking for six people to join our team for winter 2019/20.

We are a small company that takes pride in our great food, service and care for our guests and staff. We will be working alongside our team in both chalets to provide our guests and team an awesome experience while with us in Morzine - the best place in the world.

Roles  

Host/Chef Couples

We will be employing two Host/Chef couples (one couple to work in each chalet).

Host/Host Couple

We are looking for one Host/Host couple to work alongside each Host/Chef couple.

We predominantly employ couples, but if you are a single person and happy to share accommodation, don’t hesitate to get in touch.


Hosts

We are searching for highly motivated, outgoing and sociable hosts. The main focus for a host is delivering high level of customer service and interacting with the guests to help them to have a successful holiday. You will need to know about the food and wine served at the chalet and have a great eye for detail when cleaning and maintaining the chalet. You must be willing to go the extra mile to exceed our guests' expectations. There are some guest driving responsibilities’ between the four hosts so a full UK/European driving licence would be ideal.

Chefs

We are looking for positive, independent and hardworking chefs to cook an exciting, tasty menu written by Tom. We serve a daily hot breakfast special everyday alongside the continental items, an afternoon tea and a three-course evening meal with canapes and cheese. The main responsibility for the Chef is to ensure everything from breakfast to dinner tastes amazing and looks great. Also, to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Ideal candidates will have a professional background and a recognised culinary qualification.
